By accessing or using hetGE Account and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which form an agreement between you and hetGE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("hetGE", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

hetGE Account provides authentication and identity management services that allow you to:

• Create and manage your hetGE account
• Authenticate with hetGE applications and services
• Manage your profile information and preferences
• Purchase and manage software licenses
• Access authorized third-party applications through OAuth

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated means to access the Services without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by hetGE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Software Licenses

Software licenses purchased through hetGE Account are subject to the End-User License Agreement of each application, which is available within that application (for example, slope.hetge.com/terms for Slope). License terms, including duration, permitted uses, and restrictions, are specified at the time of purchase and in the applicable End-User License Agreement. Licenses are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HETGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
